RAW (any camera), DNG, TIFF, PSD or high-res JPEG. 25–80MB per file is normal. Send a link from Drive, Dropbox, Pixieset or WeTransfer — or ask for an upload link.

Send a link to finished work you like (yours). We reverse-engineer the grade and the skin standard, calibrate on your first images, and hold that look across everything after. The free test is exactly this.

Basic: 48h up to 150 images. Full Retouch: 48–72h up to 30. Fine Art: 3–5 business days up to 10. Bigger orders get a dated quote before you pay — we cap intake rather than miss dates.

No. No credits, no watermarks, no portfolio use without your written permission, no contact with your clients, and your files are deleted 30 days after delivery. NDA available on request.

Two revision rounds are included in every order. If the style match still isn't right after that, we'll say so honestly — and the test exists so this almost never happens after a first order.

Card, online. Orders under $150 are prepaid; larger jobs start with a 50% deposit, balance before final delivery. Studios that need invoices get them.

As a tool, under judgment: AI masking and cleanup to reach the real work faster. Skin, color and finishing decisions are made by hand. If your job is better served by a pure-AI pipeline at a tenth of our price, we'll tell you.
